Our funding and support

First Call 50+ is provided by the City of York Council in partnership with the NHS North Yorkshire & York. This signposting scheme is administered by Age Concern York. We are able to talk to you about your situation and requirements and refer you to any of the agencies who provide the services you need for the over 50's in the City of York.

How to use our service

We aim to help you gain access to all the services you need. If you have a specific query you can simply email us or give us a ring, see the details on our 'Contact Us' page. If you would like us to help you find out which services would be helpful and then gain access to them, you need to register with us. This couldn't be easier. Just ring us and a member of our staff will take all the details we need..
